Cancellation & policy

24 Hour Cancellation for lash appointments - 

We understand inconveniences happen all the time, you may need to cancel or reschedule! We have a 24 hour minimum cancellation policy, if you have to cancel within the 24 hour grace period, you will be subjected to a 50%  cancellation fee.

No Show for lash appointments - 

No Show clients will be subjected to pre-pay for next booking and a 50% cancellation fee. We're very understanding, but lack of communication can make it difficult to be lenient.

​

Late to lash appointments - 

Arriving late to your appointment, you will be subjected to late fees up to $20. After 20 minutes pass your appointment, you will have to be rescheduled/cancelled, which will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Your privacy is extremely important to us! Your personal information is stored and secured by an encrypt system, and will never be sold, or used for harmful gain or harassment. Any purchases made on our site are protected and used by a third-party servicer to collect payment, but it is never stored for retention.

To continue to protect everyone from COVID-19 & Monkey Pox, appointments are held on at a time with each station being sanitized down before & after each use! If you are sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment during a convenient time!

accessory INQUIRIES & Purchases

We offer all of the accessories that may be needed to make your lash experience amazing! We sell fans, lash wands, compact mirrors and more! While we don't accept returns on these items, we do allow exchanges for any damages or defects made on our end! Should you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us!

Metered street parking is available, but limited! The Cincinnati street trolley will drop you off right in front of the shop for services and in store pick up! To learn more about their hours and routes, click here
